User Friendly Web Forms

We consider it absolutely critical that web forms should be tried and tested - the one thing that all web browsers seem to dislike is filling in forms!

We take a very proactive approach to web forms by testing which ones work and which don't, where the forms should be located, and precisely which information is needed and which is not.

We often find that notwithstanding the attractiveness of a website and its proposition to the customer, the key turnoff is the tedious and poorly designed form that comprises the "shopping cart". We therefore strongly recommend that the shopping cart is also analysed and optimised so that the number of "blow-outs" can be significantly reduced.
