Instant Messaging from your website

Instant messaging is a way in which your visitors can contact you immediately with a query or concern. They do this by typing in a query on a communications window and an available person in your organisation is advised of the question on their computer via a similar interface.

The fact of the matter is that the majority of visitors are either shopping around for the right service or product or keen to find the right service or product immediately. As a result an immediate response is usually required and the least threatening and easiest way to do this is via a web-based integrated "instant messaging" such as the one shown below.
